
Anxious Jaguar drivers don't have to wait for a production derivative of the R-D6 concept to take advantage of the technology it showcases. Jaguar's lightweight body architecture already is employed in the production XJ. In the European market, its high-performance 2.7-liter diesel will debut in the 2004 S-TYPE sedan, and the new 2.0-liter diesel engine currently is fitted in X-TYPE models, including the new X-TYPE Sportwagon.
